SANDIA PARK, N.M. (June 22, 2019) – There’s something about Paa-Ko Ridge golf course that just brings out the best in Greg Condon. The 57-year old from Monte Vista, Colo., won the New Mexico – West Texas Amateur the last time it was at Paa-Ko Ridge in 2017 beating an elite field, most of which was half his age. Fast forward two years later and he’s set himself up to do it again as he heads into Sunday’s final round with a one-shot lead over UNM Lobo Ignacio Arcaya of Orlando, Fla.

With breezes and Mother Nature still playing a factor, Condon fired a second round 71 to slip ahead of the first day’s leaders.
