Welcome back!
Thanks for following us at Enchantment Sports, and we hope everyone had a nice holiday. We went ahead and took a little one ourselves but will start cranking fresh stories again, starting with Ed Nunez’s look at Las Cruces High and coach William Benjamin.

We don’t have a drop-dead plan of how long we will do the site, but we are planning to get through the school year before we decide summer plans. The feedback has been extremely positive, and we enjoy providing the stories.
But in full disclosure, my glaucoma is making it tougher and tougher for me to write, edit copy and spend time on a laptop. Doctors have limited the amount of time I can spend looking at a screen. But I will keep battling away as long as it’s possible.
I still have a lot of inside stories I’d like to write, as well as an investigative piece or two that I’ve been working on.
We’ll see what happens, but all of us appreciate the support of our sponsors and our readers.
Thanks,
Mark “Ticky” Smith
